Sure, we have four halls of residents (10-12 residents on each) and 4 care staff members on each shift, one for each hall. Then we have 2 med techs on each shift, helping with residents. We also have all of the managers on duty, or on-call, most of the time. (This includes me, the director, our maintenance manager, a nurse, etc.) Sometimes we also have an extra care staff member “floating” between halls. I think all of this is pretty normal.
