BLOG + BOOKS

Dementia By Day started as a simple Tumblr blog in 2014 when Rachael was working as a Dementia Care Director at her first community. That blog became her first book, “When Someone You Know Is Living in a Dementia Care Community,” published by Hopkins Press, in 2016. “Creative Engagement” and “The Caregiver’s Guide” followed in 2020 and 2022.
