The Dementia By Day Team
When Rachael started Dementia By Day in 2014, it was simply a blog about working in a dementia care community.
When she expanded to consulting in late 2016, Dementia By Day was just a one-woman operation, and it stayed a one-woman operation for another three years! As Rachael has grown this business, however, she’s realized the importance of bringing on team members who can help expand and iterate, along with sub-contractors who bring additional expertise to the table.
